Porthoustock
Porthoustock is located on the eastern side of The Lizard. Launching is possible from the pebble beach that is usually well sheltered from any swell. Porthoustock gives access to the Manacle reef system but beware of strong tides on spring tides. The Manacles and its many reefs are located to the south of the cove - it is recommended that these are only fished in very calm conditions. Clean ground can be found straight out from the beach.
