Loe Beach
Loe beach is a small sandy beach located at the top of the Carrick Roads. Loe Beach is a safe and sheltered launch mark giving good access to the Upper Fal and Restronguet Creek. The upper Fal and Restronguet Creek is predominantly muddy ground. A launch should be timed with an incoming tide if your planning to paddle up river. Likewise a paddle down river should ideally be timed with a falling tide and paddling back timed with the incoming tide.
The Upper Fal above Weir Point to Turnaware Point is a designated Bass Nursery between 30th April and the 1st January. Fishing for Bass from any vessel, including a kayak, as well as fishing for any species of sea-fish using sandeels as bait, is prohibited.

Parking: A pay and display car park is located at the top of the beach. Access to the water is easy.
